Abstract

Program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) MAS Unit 117 di Desa Kedawung, melaksanakan program stunting pada periode 6 Agustus hingga 5 September 2024, bertujuan untuk mengurangi prevalensi stunting melalui pendekatan intervensi multidimensional. Program ini mengintegrasikan aspek gizi, kesehatan, dan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan meliputi pendampingan posyandu, distribusi makanan tambahan, vaksinasi, edukasi gizi dan kesehatan reproduksi, serta promosi Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS). Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan teridentifikasinya 14 kasus stunting di 9 dusun, dengan cakupan pendampingan posyandu dan vaksinasi mencapai 95-100%. Sosialisasi tentang gizi dan PHBS juga meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat, khususnya remaja, dalam pencegahan stunting. Pendekatan terpadu ini memiliki potensi untuk menjadi model penanggulangan stunting yang efektif di wilayah pedesaan Indonesia.
