Abstract

Bontokassi Village is located in South Sulawesi and has the characteristics of lontar fiber
crafts. Various products of this craft are marketed in several regions and even export
abroad. The time of pandemic came and broke the business chain. People, especially
craftsmen, are looking for other activities to make ends meet. Two years after the pandemic
began to subside artisans wanted to restart their businesses. KKN Mas students provide
a solution to develop businesses that are hampered by providing digital marketing
training. The purpose of this training is to provide artisans with an understanding and
business strategy. The training invited twenty craftsmen as representatives of Bontokassi
village who will be given an understanding of the material and field practice. From the
results of the training, participants turned out to show sincerity and desire to develop a
business. This training resulted in a new thing for craftsmen, namely social media
business accounts to market handicraft products. It is hoped that in the future with this
account, the handicrafts of Bontokassi village will become developed and advanced.
