Teachers' Efforts in Training Early Childhood Independence at Aisyiyah Kejajar Kindergarten
Abstract
This study aims to describe teachers' efforts in training early childhood independence in Aisyiyah Kejajar Kindergarten, as well as analyze supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. The research uses a qualitative approach with the type of field research. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study showed that teachers applied various strategies such as habituation, example, responsibility, educational games, and motivation. Supporting factors include a conducive school environment, parental support, and the availability of independence-based learning programs. Inhibiting factors include differences in children's character, lack of consistency in parenting at home, and limited infrastructure.
