Kolaboratif Apresiatif: Mengembangkan Kompetensi IT Guru Professional di Era Merdeka Belajar
Abstract
In the era of independent learning, teachers become dynamists or movers. Teachers as spearheads for change and progress are free to teach and learn in the industrial era 4.0 where technology and information are developing very quickly. This study aims to describe developing the IT competence of professional teachers in the era of independent learning through a collaborative approach by giving appreciation for positive actions carried out at SD Muhamamdiyah PK Rabbani. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. This research was conducted at SD Muhammadiyah PK Rabbani. The informants of this study were 8 teachers. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, field notes, and documentation. Check the validity of the data using triangulation of sources and methods. The data analysis technique uses an interactive analysis model, which consists of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that by taking a collaborative approach to develop the IT competence of professional teachers in the era of independent learning through a collaborative approach by giving appreciation for the positive actions taken. The result is an increase in teacher professionalism which is marked by: (1) teachers have been able to develop IT skills, (2) teachers can make technology-based distance learning, (3) teachers are able to collaborate with each other to solve problems in making distance learning media so that they become effective facilitators. Professionals must be able to create a learning climate that allows students to develop self-initiative independent learning.
