In conclusion, the public had basic tendencies and patterns towards law have been revealed. A pandemic that is followed by a crisis creates a situation when society and the law are transformed according to social change. Legal transformation and restructuring is a challenge that emerged during and after the pandemic as a consequence of the social changes that occurred in society.
